Sterling ArborBLU offers a variety of floor-plan options, ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom apartment homes.

All apartments have the same finish package, but furniture packages vary by floorplan.

Penthouse apartments are on the top floor of the building with quick and easy access to the penthouse lounge and rooftop patio!

Skyline apartments are located on floors 8-12.

Standard apartments are located on floors 2-7.

Select floorplans have XL bedroom options.

The XL bedroom option has larger square footage than the other bedrooms within the apartment.

The 01 floorplan (5-bedroom, 4- bathroom) has private and shared bathroom options.

The private option is a bathroom right inside your bedroom and the shared bathroom option is a bathroom in the common area of the apartment which is shared with 1 other roommate.

All rates are by bed and per person.

All residents will sign an individual lease agreement, where each resident is responsible for their portion of the rent.

Please note that the pricing and unit information we're currently showing for units 07 and 11 as 1-bedroom units. In Unit 07, this is shown in the standard and skyline room types, while unit 11 is just the skyline.
